Orders
- How to pay my order ? We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal or Apple Pay, just follow the instructions when buying product !
- What about custom fees ? For international orders, you may have to pay custom duties depending the country you will receive your package; We are unable to tell you which charges apply. Fees depend of the carrier and local laws. We advise you to refer to your local custom office. Don't be surprise if you have to pay additional charges at the arrival of the package !
- What if I have not received my order ? We are really sorry if it is happen to you. Delivery delay is about 4 to 6 working day for local order in France and 5 to 10 working days for international orders. We are currently facing to a tricky period, if you are not received your order, first make sure that the delivery lead time is exceed and contact directly our customer service.
- Modern Pose Square website is it safe concerning online payments ? We make sure that our website is perfectly secure. We work closely with partners and service providers who ensure the security of payments.
- How to follow-up my order ? Once your order validated, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail to confirm that you order is well handled by our team. You will also receive a confirmation by e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped. If you have any relative question concerning your order don't hesitate to contact us.
- Can I cancel my order ? We generally process your order as soon as you placed it, that is why you normally cannot cancel an order. But if you did a mistake and the order has not been processed, let's contact our customer service to find a solution.
Delivery
- How is my order delivered ? Upon validation of your order, an e-mail is sent to you to follow the evolution of its status. For any order placed before 3 p.m.(GMT+1), shipment is generally accomplished the same day of the order (working days), except some exceptions.
Once an order is validated and registered, the delivery time is 3 to 5 working days in metropolitan France and 4 to 10 working days for international orders. Delivery is made via Colissimo, in France and internationally.
- How much is shipping ? Fees for shipping are 3,50€ for local orders in France, 5,60€ for orders in the EU and 7,80€ for international shipping. Shipping is free for order over 50 euros in France and EU !
Return & Refunds
Because we know that sometime everything is not happen as we planned, don't worry we are here for help you !
- What is your return policy ? Item or items must be returned within a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the order to return any item that does not suit and request an exchange or refund.
Returns are to be made in their original and complete condition allowing their remarketing in new condition, accompanied by the purchase e-invoice. Damaged, soiled or incomplete products are not taken back.
- How much does it cost to return an item ? Unfortunately we are currently unable to provide a free return service. Return is your responsibility. The costs of returns depend the costs of shipment.
- How to return an article ? To return an item, ensure you the product is in excellent condition, and never worn. Keep the label for each product. Then, you have to print and complete the return form available in the section on our online store. Please join the form in your return package and we will handle it as soon as we received it. Please take note that we are not responsible of the shipment back to us and its lead time. Make sure you keep all shipment traces as well as your first order validation. Don't send the package without proof of posting.
- How long does it take to process my return ? As soon as we receive item returned in our office, we will handle it and send you an e-mail for good reception. Once the return is proceed you will get an e-mail for confirmation. Refund takes around 10 days to arrive on your account. If you are not received your refund after 15 days contact our customer service.
- Can I exchange an item ? To exchange an item you will have to place a new order following the return and refund of your last order.
Promotions & Discounts
- How to use a discount code ? To use a discount code, simply enter the code at the time of payment in the section "discount code". If the code is valid, it will be applied ! Remember that only one code can be applied.
Products
- Do you have size guide ? We are currently working on more elaborated size guide. Our clothes are designed from European sizes. Refer to the product page to get more information or feel free to talk with us via the online chat available on our online store for more advices.
Technical help
- How to unsubscribe the newsletter ? Just click on the button "unsubscribe"at the bottom of the e-mail.
- Why am I have some difficulties with payment ? First make sure you have the right information. Contact your personal bank to know if there are any issues with your credit card. If you are still facing some trouble for payment, contact us via the online chat or the contact form.
- How to contact us ? We always remain at your disposal and do the best for help you. If you have any request, it is very easy to keep in touch.
